- Information mapping to develop Good Manufacturing programs along the whole supply chain, with the development and implementation of action plans according to the regulations that applies

- Development of Continuous Improvement programs and integration of the quality program to the manufacturing processes, storage and distribution, assuring better productivity during the life cycle of the productive system
- Design In – providing technical support on clean/sanitary design to engineering during the initial phase and during implementation in compliance with the regulatory requirements and minimizing the microbiological contamination risks
- Management of quality control laboratories in compliance with good laboratory practices and biosafety requirements
- Sanitary planning providing solutions to reduce sanitary risk in the manufacturing facilities.
- Developing cleaning and sanitization procedures and its validation
- Development of programs for the qualification of product preservatives
- Providing customized trainings to the quality, operations, laboratory and leadership teams
- Monitoring of results and recommendations according to identified risks
Open Innovation
Facilitating the communication of the Open Innovation programs between Industry and Academy through scientific communication, representing the client in scientific events, participating in innovation forum, coaching in the project management applying Lean Startup concepts, guiding project management and identifying solutions (scouting), potential partners and clients.
