BMRV Consulting acts in the implementation of customized, continuous improvement programs and process optimization, in such a way that performance risks associated to microbiological contaminations are prevented or risk mitigated.
We add value to our clients developing accurate action plans to eliminate losses and promote improved business results. All starting with a detailed diagnostic of the problem, root-cause analysis and/or identification of opportunity areas at operations.
Solutions provided have a broad scope of applications and are targeted to project and product management, supply chain, research & development, and multidisciplinary team capability. We promote Open Innovation programs facilitating communication between Industry and Academy, and viceversa.
We also offer technical and leadership coaching, in addition to activities like presentations and trainings to share knowledge and learning.

- Professional career involving approx. 40 years of experience, 24 being in managerial positions in the Industry, acting in Research & Development, Innovation, and Quality Assurance at the multinational Procter & Gamble (P&G);
- As a Technical Director, led the Industrial Microbiology program in LATAM developing qualification programs, microbiology contamination prevention programs, and global standards which assure the delivery of superior products to consumers across several industries (cosmetics, household, pharma, hygienic, among others);
- Implemented continuous improvement programs using tools based on lean manufacturing: 6-Sigma, Kaizen and 5S, among others;
- Worked in Academia and Research for 13 years;
- Taught for 3 years in graduate and post-graduate programs in the Medical area at the Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV) and in the Postgraduate program at the Instituto Venezolano de Investigaciones Científicas (IVIC);
- Research experience included postdoctoral training at the University of California, Los Angeles, USA, in the Biophysics and Biotechnology areas where research was conducted on voltage dependent ionic channels from biological membranes;
- Passionate for people management, quality, strategic thinking, constant learning, and cutting edge technologies.
